Families apply, get approved, place a deposit, and secure a position before puppies arrive. That allows us to: Plan responsibly, Focus on health and temperament, Avoid impulse placements, Match puppies to families thoughtfully. It also gives families time to prepare their homes and schedules. Good things take time — and that includes well-bred puppies.
The Puppy Waitlist Process (Step by Step) Here’s our typical puppy waitlist process, broken down
Application – You fill out a detailed form about your lifestyle, experience, and what you're looking for.
Conversation – We connect via phone and email. We make sure it feels like a good fit both ways.
Approval – If we agree it’s a match, you’re invited to join the list.
Deposit – You place your non-refundable waitlist fee. Our current fee for joining our waitlist is $200. This amount applies directly to the final cost of your puppy.
Waitlist Placement – Your spot is secured in order.
Litter Updates – We notify you when pregnancy is confirmed and when puppies arrive. A $500 deposit is required to secure your place in that particular litter. This amount also is applied to the final price.
Matching or Selection – Puppies are matched or chosen based on our customized process.
Go-Home Prep – Final payment and pickup planning.

A deposit tells us you’re serious and helps us prepare properly. In our program, deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to other litters.
